Today I learned Dr.Mastrocola will not be returning to Tyler Animal Clinic. This news made such an impact. He will be missed VERY much. I always counted on him for many years. He helped care for the animals at the Humane Society as well as my personal pets. I wish him the very best. He has been such a large part of the Tyler Animal Clinic for Many, Many years. I am deeply saddened to learn he will not be returning. All our love, Jennifer, Mona, Gerdy and the thousands of pets you have helped over the years. "Thank You Dr. Mastrocola" We will miss you!!!

Received excellent care and advice from Dr. Mastrocola and staff today. He spent a significant amount of time with us answering questions and making recommendations. Was patient and took detailed notes on pet’s problems. Staff kindly carried the cage to and from my car, knowing it would be a problem for me. Will not hesitate to return with Mr. Whiskers! Appreciate the COVID precautions as well.

I took my English Bulldog here. They were the most caring of any vet clinic, I have been to. He had to be hospitalized. My dog was a special needs dog...he had breathing issues and anxiety as well as I did, they handled him with care and made me feel the most comfortable, I have ever been at a vet clinic. He ended up passing away. They sent me a card after only being there one time. If and when I am ready for a new fur baby, this will be my vet of choice. Thank you to this wonderful group of Staff and doctors.
