Miss Kaitlyn has been amazing beyond expectation. She genuinely seems to enjoy interacting with her clients and parents. She is always praising my son in an age appropriate way for his hard work, especially on the days he is working extra hard, and she is so patient on the days his focus is off. Kaitlyn is always professional, flexible, understanding, communicates extremely well, and has a very warm and welcoming rapport. It is apparent that she is an expert in her field and a natural with young children. My son has made great progress with his speech in the last year working with her and we will be forever grateful for the positive impact she has had!
