Went to Hudec Dental in Mentor, Ohio today. Professional, and kind. So glad I chose Hudec. Today I learned I need some work done ASAP. I left with a written treatment plan and my appointments were scheduled. Everything was typed out for me. Procedures, and costs. Lexi (patient coordinator), Nesha (DA) Jessica (Hygentist), kristen (EFDA) and Dr. Lu all made me feel comfortable and did great work. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.
Hudeck employee, as well as the physician very professional explain everything from detail to detail. I also felt relaxed and comfortable asking question when something I wasn't sure about etc.
Dr Lu and his team are friendly, efficient, and soooo talented. I had to replace a bridge--a very expensive bridge and Hudec staff from front office to back office helped me through the process with care and concern. Yesterday's routine cleaning by Jessica was a breeze.
