Absolutely terrible experience. I called this accounting firm simply to ask about getting help with a beer & wine license, thinking they might be able to guide me or point me in the right direction. Instead of being professional or even remotely helpful, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. She cut me off and said, “this is an accounting firm, don’t ever call us again,” and then hung up.
I’ve never been spoken to like that by a business before. Even if my question wasn’t something they handle, a basic level of respect and courtesy should be expected. A simple “we don’t offer that service” would have been enough.
