I was in town for a friends party, I normally DIY or go to a tech in Toledo for my gel manicures, however my current set was peeling at the cuticle, catching in my hair driving me nuts. I called Excel and they got me in the next day. Jackie did my manicure and Hein had some time to add on a snow flake design for me. Both folks were wonderful! Welcoming, friendly and did a great job!
