I love this urgent care ! I am able to get on a wait list , put my information in ahead of time so check in is smooth. The girl at the front desk was sweet .Wait time once I got there was very minimal . My visit was on 1/30/26 . I have been up for days , exhausted , sick . The young lady that took my vitals was caring, compassionate and went above and beyond . She tried to get my oxygen level but my finger was too cold to get an accurate read . So she just kept rubbing my finger and massaging it until it warmed up . Then the Doctor . My blood pressure was very high . ( I take blood pressure meds). Hands down my favorite urgent care in Lake County. Have been several times over the years with my kids or myself, and the staff is just amazing. Kind, patient, compassionate! I feel compassion can fall to the wayside when it comes to healthcare unfortunately but every time I have used AFC they have been a true blessing. Quick, thorough, and again, always very kind and compassionate.
