I'd give this company ten outta ten stars if I could! I never had floors redone and they helped me out every step of the way from choosing stains to repairing some pieces!

They get a very bad job of installing my flooring. There was a lot of spacing in between the planks and damage at the end of the planks they damaged my baseboard reinstalling it and there was some of it that was missing. They damaged the door frame going into my bathroom. They did not install the transitioning strips properly. They lied about there being padding under the planks. They either miss measured or wasted a lot of flooring causing me to have to go buy added flooring above the price that they quoted me. They were supposed to do the flooring on a Monday but didn't show up to do it until a Wednesday with no communication on their part to let me know what was going… read full review
