First of all i want to say is if you’re not using Conrad and his team for your commercial installation or repair you’re missing out. You will not find a more professional strategically planned and straight forward team. They go above and beyond and exceed expectations in every way. From inspecting/quoting your roof and explaining what they think needs done, or giving you multiple options for your scenario. Very accommodating as to where they can place materials and equipment so they don’t interfere with your everyday business. The amount of respect from a business owner goes a long way and you will not find anyone else with as much as Conrad and his team.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Monarch Enterprises did on our church’s flat roof! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, transparent, and stress-free. Conrad (the owner) and his team went above and beyond in communicating with us every step of the way. Every promise they made, they followed through on—and more.
It’s rare these days to work with a company that operates with such integrity. Conrad and his crew truly take pride in their work, and it shows in both the quality of the craftsmanship and the way they treat their customers. The team was respectful of our property, kept the work area clean, and finished the job on time.
