Colin did a great job inspecting my prospective home. After his inspection, he went through the entire house with me, including the outside, and addressed all my concerns. He patiently answered all my questions. I learned important information about mechanical items and preventive maintenance. He was professional, friendly, and had all my reports to me in a timely manner. His knowledge and demeanor relieved me of my worries about the house, and I felt completely secure in moving forward with my purchase. Thank you!
Colin was very professional and responsive. He got our home inspection scheduled immediately when we talked, and did a thorough inspection. The report was easy to understand, uploaded the same day, and he went through the findings with us in person. He was very helpful in recommending what needed fixed right away vs what could wait for awhile. He answered all our follow up questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Plus his prices were very reasonable for all he did. We would definitely use him as our inspector again!
I recently had Colin out for a prepurchase home inspection. He was there for nearly three hours with me, walking me around and showing me everything. He was very detailed and very good at explaining everything. It wasn't the nicest day to be outside, but he still worked through it and did a very thorough job. I highly recommend using him. Thank you Colin.
