Colin was very professional and responsive. He got our home inspection scheduled immediately when we talked, and did a thorough inspection. The report was easy to understand, uploaded the same day, and he went through the findings with us in person. He was very helpful in recommending what needed fixed right away vs what could wait for awhile. He answered all our follow up questions and was very helpful throughout the whole process.
