I was there on Easter Sunday and was surprised to have been seen so quickly by the triage and friendly Physicians Assistant, who treated my annoying problem very quickly and efficiently. My earache problem was solved almost immediately in just a few seconds. I'm so thankful for the quick and quality service that was provided. I'm glad the location is so clean and close by home.
So glad this facility was open on Easter Sunday. We were able to make an appointment and was in and out within an hour. This included taking vitals, doing tests for covid, flu, and rsv, and having X-rays done to determine what was wrong. After the diagnosis, we were even able to get our prescriptions there. So thankful for this UH Urgent Care facility.
Had a excellent experience at UH urgent care, facility was clean, Dr Mellen was great, the only issue was the internet was very slow, but thats no one fault, overall a great experience.
