Great experience at this location compared to Wickliffe. Austin was so kind and helpful on finishing up my kayak registration that Linda at Wickliffe failed with her nasty attitude. Great job Mayfield location and great job Austin!
I had an incredibly positive experience today! I used the online check-in tool, which estimated a 28-minute wait. By the time I walked through the doors, I was called within 3 minutes! Abbey was so helpful and went completely above and beyond to help me upgrade to a Real ID.
