Me and my wife recently bought a Hot Springs hot tub with the salt water system from Jim Furlong at Ohio Pools and Spas in Mayfield Hts and couldn’t be happier. Jim is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions off the top of his head. The whole staff was polite and has always been helpful when it comes to helping with water chemistry with our pool and now our tub. I highly recommend going here if you are in the market for a hot tub!

We wanted to rent a hot tub for our birthday this year so we called Ohio Pools & Spas. Everything was so easy!The men who showed up to set up and take away were very professional! My husband works from home but, we did not have to do anything but greet them at the door and show them were to set it up at and the technicians did everything.We were not sure where we wanted to put the hot tub, we have a deck on the front and back of the house but, we also knew it was going to snow during the rental and I wasn't exactly excited about being out on the uncovered porch in a good old fashioned Montville Geauga County blizzard, so, we decided to put it in the 1 car garage attached...read full review

I was very impressed with the team. The tough part of a hot tub purchase is that it’s always a chicken and egg with the deck guys and electrical guys and the hot tub guys—but Ohio Pool and Spa made it easy on me!
