Good experience buying from Ohio Hot Tub & Sauna. We bought a Tylo 3-person hybrid sauna. They recommended a great electrician to install the needed powerline and the delivery and assembly crew was clean, courteous and efficient. Very happy with the sauna and the service.
Everyone is very friendly and very accommodating, they also know their stuff and they’re very patient when I come in a couple of times. The showroom is beautiful and they have wonderful hot tubs.
Just had a service call from Camden. Very professional. I don’t often leave reviews, even fewer are 5 stars. The entire team from sales to installation to service have been exemplary.
