The worst service ever. It took hours, from 7 to 3:30pm to do one simple sliding door lock. It was just old and simple, it wasn't even electric. I picked this service because you guys said it was fast and affordable. I have seen men in my family work faster than this.
I put 4 keys in to copy, one after the other. I wanted two copies of each and it only copied 3 of the keys. It made 6 copies of one key, 2 of another and gave me a free copy of one of them. It was a disaster and I will NOT use KeyMe again! Then, the machine froze and said it needed service. I got my money back right away on the keys that were wrong. I tried the copies at home to see if they would work and half of them didn’t work.
Ordered keys through a kiosk and had 8 keys mailed to me within about one week. I was pleased that all of the keys worked. Would prefer a quicker turn around but key quality good.Service: Building key copying
