I’ve been coming here for over 3 years, back when it was Ideal Image, and I have to say I’m incredibly impressed with the new clinic! My laser hair removal provider, Chinyere, was absolutely amazing. She was so personable, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel at ease, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Could not have had a better experience over the last year with Radha! She helped me add my underarms to my laser hair removal package and is always looking out for me. I’ve come to ideal image for years for Botox, laser hair removal and now micro needling as well. I went in for a touch up on lasering and was treated so kindly by Chi Chi. She was thorough and helped manager the discomfort of laser. Really appreciate her being so sweet and patient.
