Starting with Victor, my installation coordinator, he was not only exceptionally helpful, but was also very understanding when it came to my time crunch. Then there was Frank and his crew, who installed my floors. They worked tirelessly the entire day to make sure my floors were done in one day. I am very pleased with the entire process of getting my floors with Refloor. I highly recommend.

Our floor project was a smooth and easy process. Project coordinator Mo/Steve were on hand to answer questions and walk us through each step. Our installer' Tobin responsive and prompt. Together, both installers were easy to work with and got our job done in one and a half days. Thanks to Holden for spearheading the project. Great work team!

We weren’t sure what direction we were going….until Holden showed up and really helped us understand all of the options REFLOOR offered. He was so pleasant, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was a little more than we had initially planned on spending, but with the guarantee and all that the team does for us, it is beyond worth it!
