as soon as i walked in was greeted very quickly by such a sweet girl and even though i was walk-in they got started on me instantly, loved the atmosphere and the customer service!! definitely would recommend!
I love this salon! I’ve been coming for about a year and always request the same tech. Today they were willing to try something new and out of their comfort zone and exceeded my expectations! Asking how I liked it every step of the way, willing to make adjustments however needed. I appreciate their attentiveness so much! Clean, calm, efficient and courteous. Don’t forget to be generous to your service provider. They work long hours and do a job some of us could never do all day. I will always speak highly of Privè!
My sister had gotten my mom and I a gift certificate to this place. My mom got a gel pedicure and I wanted a gel manicure. We went to this place on Friday...well she didn't do a gel manicure all she used was the gel nail polish which my nails don't do well with. This is now Sunday and the polish has already lifted and have come off of 5 of my finger nails! Our gift certificate was for $150 and out of that there was $15 left. I'm pretty they charged for a gel manicure but didn't do what I asked for. Had I realized this I would have said something.
