I had an inspection done on a house I purchased 3 years ago, was told the house was a good investment post-inspection. After moving in, discovered air conditioning did not work, the crawlspace flooded and needed a sump pump, the roof of the house was done completely wrong and started leaking the first year we moved in, the main drain stack was not vented, many of the drains were S-trapped. Don't use this inspector, I wouldn't trust him to do actual work, either. Inspectors carry very little liability, yet the cost of trusting a bad one will cost you tens of thousands of dollars.

Please don't use this inspector. We had him inspect the home we bought just under a year ago and here we are today spending 10,000$ to have our chimney rebuilt! The water is also coming in because the snow guard was installed improperly on the roof, so here we are replacing the roof, I'll spare you how much that's costing us! Both issues should have been caught.

Used this company for my inspection on my house, many things were missed which would have made me not go through with the purchase of this home. First the minor things, the kitchen sink had a leak and a bunch of black mold under it from that. He stated the wax ring was bad on the toilet but it was actually the floor being rotted. The main and most concerning problem is that he never physically entered the crawl space, I paid for a bug inspection as well and he had him take the photos.
