absolutely love the staff here. They make sure you are taken care of. Will get you in the same day for emergencies and truly seem to care about their patients (I have a particular person in mind) but I don't know her name.
The office in Oregon Ohio basically saved my life! I was dismissed from another dentist when I went in for extreme excruciating tooth pain, and explaining to them that it was infected was sent home told I needed a night guard to wait three weeks. Needless to say, I ended up in the ER because that pain turned into something very unbearable and after calling multiple dentist in my local area crying for someone to see me the Oregon office jumped to took me in not even being a patient and found a very bad infection in my bone and in my sinus and pulled the tooth for me, my pain is 100% gone, not even 24 hours later my recovery has been amazing so far they truly have no idea what they did for me and I will forever be grateful for this dentist and everything they did for me today. 100% recommend Frankel and Puhl dentistry. My husband goes to the one in Maumee and they are wonderful there too.
