Dr. Elsayed is a saint but wow the people who answer the phone??? Please get a new job because when I am calling and my kid is sick the last thing I want to hear is some rude miserable lady on the phone. Why? We have been coming here two years now and it's every time! Not sure if we will be back.

Dr. Rasor was great. However, I stopped seeing him after a year because his secretaries were just so difficult to deal with. I did not have a single interaction with them my entire time as a patient with their office in which I hung up the phone feeling like I was treated well or even like a human being.

I been been attending this office for years… it would receive more stars for the providers however… Every SINGLE experience I have had with Terry at the desk over the phone has been horrid. I am ALWAYS made to feel like an inconvenience, she is rude, and she is never willing to go out of her way to do anything to find a solution to issues that arise (even ones that are simply just doing her job). I have been working in customer service for 16 years and can say I would be ashamed to ever treat someone they way she has for years.I have never left a google review but went out of my way to do so today because this has happened on occasions where I have been grieving the...read full review
