From the staff at every level, the physician, the nurses, the technical staff, the recreational therapists, the chefs, the office personel, the cleaning and house keeping staff, I won't mention names on the internet but you know exactly who you are. This place is complete. You're treated with what I consider the three C's of any people centered service facility. Care, Compassion, and Concern. It's all genuine. Arrowhead Behavioral Health is hands down the most compassionate treatment center I’ve experienced. The staff checks on you every 10–15 minutes and truly cares about your comfort and safety. If you need food, water, or anything at all, they take care of you right away without making you feel like a burden.
Compared to places like Midwest Recovery Center and The University of Toledo Medical Center, the level of attention and compassion here is on a completely different level.
Not to mention, they also have community cigarettes if you need them. None of the other treatment centers provide that.

if you need inpatient services i recommend this facility!! all of the staff are so caring it felt like family. everyone respected my preferred name, and people actually took the time to listen. after i got discharged, i chose partial hospitalization program (PHP) to continue in my recovery. i truly feel i have changed for the better. i appreciate all those who helped me i can’t thank the staff enough🩷
