At Achieve Health Chiropractic & Clinical Nutrition, Dr. Acuña and her team are wonderful and consistently go above and beyond to care for patients. The practice offers Neuro Cranial Integration, Cox Distraction, Trigger Point Therapy, Spinalator, Comprehensive Nutrition Consultations, Nutrition Response Testing (NRT), Functional Medicine Lab, and Frequency Specific Multicurrent (FSM). One patient experienced incredible healing from nutrition and chiropractic care, while another found relief from a constant pain in the left, mid-back area. After refusing FSM initially, that patient tried it and felt hardly any pain after the first treatment, with the pain all gone after a second. Unlike traditional doctors who say "lmk if it gets worse," Dr. Acuna goes deeper to address the root cause. There is a common goal to understand your needs and bring you into good health, making patients feel like their doctor is actually on their side.
Frequency Specific Multicurrent (FSM) I had a constant pain in my left, mid-back area for quite some time - a result of very tight muscles. Some time ago Dr. Acuna suggested I try FSM but it sounded kind of hokey to me so I refused – big mistake. Knowing Dr. Acuna, I should have trusted her suggestion. I recently underwent the first of two FSM treatments and couldn’t believe the relief I felt. Hardly any pain whatsoever after the first. So as a consequence of these results, I decided to get another treatment within just a week. That has proven to be most beneficial as the pain is all gone. I don’t understand how or why this treatment works but all I can say is if she suggests to you that it might be beneficial treatment for your ailment - trust her judgement.

Although they offer a number of services I haven’t tried yet, I give them full marks on nutritional and chiropractic care, but it’s more than just quality service… there’s a common goal to understand your needs and bring you into good health. I am so happy with my results after seeing Dr. Acuna. I was having so much pain in my neck and shoulder that it was negatively impacting daily life, getting a good night's rest, and my ability to do many types of lifting movements or workout. She really listened to me and recommended different ways we could approach treatment. After 5 appointments using a few different treatments, I feel so much better. I have been able to add working out back into my daily routine, and have no more pain. I will definitely be back to see her again if I have additional pain or an injury.
