Charles, mgr trainee is great. I needed a 12’ cedar board , he went through each one to make sure the lumber had no flaws. He then secured it in my compact Buick Encore Gx ( not a small task) in such a small SUV. Charles made sure the board was snug without scratching my vehicle. He’s friendly yet professional, provided excellent customer care. I now will only shop for lumber here and ask for Charles. Highly recommended.
Earl and Waylon are hands down the best employees there they need to have a psy raise and there own parking spots and all the bells and whistles it's easy to get in and out of there delivering there. Thank you fellas much appreciated
The customer service at this location is absolutely outstanding. Nathan and his entire team went above and beyond for us. When our decking arrived, the distributer did not send what was on the order form submitted by 84. We waited a week for the correct decking to be delivered, and it was wrong yet again. Nathan was able to find a different distributor and to arrange delivery on a day that they don't typically deliver. This day was leading into a holiday weekend no less. They really went to bat for us to make sure we had the product we need. Truly amazing! We highly recommend this location.
