This gentleman has been harassing his neighbor over property that legally isn't his. He has friends in high places because he's been a City contractor and still keeps in communication with them. He's even when it's far as to have his neighbor's property cited there are a few violations that will cost a lot of money. He knows that her husband has passed on and that she does not have the means to take care of this all on her own. What type of neighbor are you Sam Beall.
