We contracted Bachtel to tap into public water. They provided an estimate for the whole project, and coordinated all parts of the project with their preferred plumbing and well abandonment trades, and with Aqua. Everyone who worked on our project was great - from the office staff to the site crew. All were communicative and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up the jobsite. I obsessively research before any new project (this one was 12 years in the making, LOL) and I received quotes from other trades as well. Bachtel's quote was less than some and right on par with the others...yet the machinery they have available to them for excavation work seems to be superior....read full review
