A salesman was no pressure and the project leader had great communication through the whole process. The workers were very hard working and put in a 12 hour day in 91 degree heat. The team was super communicative throughout the whole process, sent pictures at each phase of the project, and cleaned up after. The installation crew showed up at 6:30AM as scheduled and worked hard for over 12 hours with a lunch break. They put down tarps to protect decks and landscaping. Clean up was amazingly thorough. After they left you would not have been able to tell they had been here except for a beautiful new roof. The whole crew was polite and respectful. The project director was informative and a delight to talk with.
