Reviews
I and my daughter have been training at the Dojo for more than year and it’s really an amazing place for realistic and modern self defense. The curriculum is enriched with a variety of battle-tested techniques from various Japanese martial arts schools to defend oneself and it also teaches how to manage one’s life in difficult snd stressful situations. Sensei Norcross’s passion for teaching the techniques is unparalleled and his selfless attitude to bring out the best in his students is truly admirable. I love to go back to train every week and learn so much variety of techniques from him. I and my daughter are on journey to earn our black belts and we cherish every class we practice here with wonderful colleagues. I highly recommend this non-sport, realistic, modern self-defence Dojo to everyone interested in leading a better, confident and disciplined life.
They teach respect, self-control, humility, and self-defense all wrapped into one.
