The staff is described as patient, attentive, and caring, going above and beyond to ensure comfort for both patients and caregivers. Many have expressed gratitude for the support and communication from the team, which greatly helps families during difficult times. Queen City Hospice is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for its patients while also caring for their loved ones.
I am usually not one to leave reviews, But these people are ridiculously outstanding! My father is not currently dying, but has needed SUPER EXTRA care. Their team between Jessica, Yolander, the Chaplain, Anya and the others I might have met in passing are beyond ridiculously outstanding! All of them in general, but I have to say Yolander is the one I have dealt with the most. That woman is a Miracle! As she told me “aint nobody falling on my watch.” She is spread thin enough as it is, but if you’re lucky enough to get her, consider yourself truly lucky! I cannot give high enough reviews for these people!
My family lost our Mother in February. I am so grateful for the team at QCH. They were kind and very informative regarding the entire process. My Mother was treated with the utmost respect and had a peaceful passing. I appreciate all the caregivers that spent time with her and our family during this time.
I absolutely love Queen City Hospice. My care team has been wonderful. My nurse Amy communicates with me every week and addresses any concerns I may have about mom. She treats my mom like she would treat her own. They go above and beyond to make sure mom is receiving the care needed.
