We took our 7month old pup to Petsuites for a week while we were at the beach. He was so loved and cared for ?. The staff is honestly incredible! Lydia and her team do such a great job. !!

PetSuites Mason was super accommodating for our dog's stay with them! We're from out of town and only needed boarding for one night. We couldn't do the group-play evaluation ahead of time, but they still allowed us to book and just do it when we arrived in town. There were a couple of snags during the stay (one involving a Thundershirt mistakenly put on wrong and unnecessarily and one where her group-play evaluation note seemed to have been misplaced, so she had been stuck alone in her room for a few hours - not great for her separation anxiety), but once I gave them a call to clear things up, they took care of everything right away! What a wonderful experience we had with our first time ever boarding a dog. Had last minutes changes to where our pup was going to stay so took the leap and reached out to Pet Suites. Great choice!! Lydia was AMAZING to work with and put our mind at ease and went above and beyond to keep us updated on how our pup was doing while we were gone. The place is very clean and everyone was so very nice and wasn't bothered by the "dog mom" nerves I had leaving him there. Would definitely go back in the future.
