Michael is an AMAZING masseuse. He is intuitive, listens intently, and has so much training and skill. I felt really comfortable and relaxed at the appointment. And the massage gave me a lot of relief from tension. You should not sleep on this place!

Wow! What a hidden gem! The whole team at the Life Spa goes out of their way to make the experience a true luxury at an affordable price. Michael is the best message therapist I have had in a while. Very intentional, listened to my concerns, and addressed them. An unexpected perk is that you can use the gym facilities the day of your spa treatment so book early and often to enjoy world class therapists, stylists, and more!
