“5 stars for Randy, my daughter’s instructor. He was kind, flexible, and helpful. He promptly responded via text and call and got her training done very quickly once he had an opening on his schedule. He prepared her well for her test and she passed on the first try. Unfortunately, the owner of the company is not good about communicating. I understand he is having some health issues, which is unfortunate, but some response to customers who are reaching out would be appropriate. In the end, it all worked out for us, because Randy was very responsive once we got in touch with him.“
