After calling 32 companies who state they have 24 hour service in time of an emergency, the owner Larry Cook was the only one I got to answer the phone. Not only did he answer the phone, he listened to me cry, ramble and freak out, as this was our second water leak in 3 months in our home due to negligence from the builder and a prior HVAC company. He had a tech out right away to fix the issue. He then had additional techs come to install modalities to prevent future leaks. The amount of care, compassion and responsiveness was what I needed during this very stressful time. I even met Larry Blackburn yesterday who did a full inspection on my unit and made some adjustments so we can have best filtration in our home.
