When our refrigerator was failing, it didn’t throw any error codes, but our diagnostic visit was good for 30 days, so when it messed up a couple days later, they came right back out, found the issue, and fixed it same day. Super helpful! We also got our dryer vent cleaned since he does that too. Highly recommend!
Greg was amazing! I live in an area where it's very difficult to get someone to come out for service. He was willing to do so and even within minutes. After speaking with him though, he was very honest with me that my problem with my refrigerator was a very well known issue with the model and more than likely would cost more to fix than what it was worth. I did speak to him again after my refrigerator starting making ice again and he was just as willing to help and completely honest and never "short" with my neverending questions. It's nice to know that there are still honest, customer service oriented businesses out there.
Highly, highly recommend Advanced Appliance Repair! I called Greg on Friday around 5 after our washer started making a very loud, scraping/screeching noise. He put us on his schedule for first thing Monday morning as it was Easter weekend - no big deal to us, it wasn’t an emergency. He came, assessed and told us we needed a new washer. He said he could fix it but it would essentially cost as much as a new washer. I so greatly appreciate him being honest and fair with his assessment.
