So this is may 29 and we're in 40 degree weather the night before we have our heat going wake up the next morning it's a little chilly so I try to fix it and do some trouble shooting got a new filter and checked all the valves and what not nothing so I called many many places this company saved the day they were so quick and found the problem it was a bird that got sucked into the exhaust pipe and then died well the furnace couldn't breath and this printz came out and down the basement they went like gang busters and the young lady yelled we got it asked for a Kroger bag and dug out a small finch or bird they were lighting quick and I'm so great full they were quick only...read full review
