We love going to the lab here. They are gentle with our kiddos and tells them step by step what they are going to do.
First off I want to say we have been to this urgent care multiple times, they have been nothing but amazing. Today was no different, we were in and out in under 30 minutes including wait time which was like 1 minute in the lobby. We will drive 2 times longer to go to this specific urgent care then the one 3 minutes from our home because of how amazing it is. Thank you so much to all the staff and I hope they have a wonderful thanksgiving!
We arrived right at opening so were one of the firsts checked in, therefore we got in without much of a wait.
All of the staff was great. From the front desk, PCA, RN, Dr, and LPN. They were nice, empathetic, and tentative.
Overall, we had a good experience in a time where an urgent care was needed. Was glad to have taken the trip here, for our first time, to get a children’s urgent care location for my child.
