My sister has sent me a Christmas arrangement every yr for the last 7 yrs, this is the first time this florist has been used. The arrangement itself is beautiful, she was disappointed to find out the balloons she requested were not attached. Being on a fixed income every penny counts. I would have given straight up five stars if the order was complete.

Ordered five arrangements for Thanksgiving. They were delivered on time and are absolutely stunning! Fresh blooms! Received several compliments from our guest about how beautiful they are! (Photos were a few days after delivery, but still looking great!) Thanks Lotus Diamond!
