All of the staff members were very professional and kind. All of the exam procedures were explained thoroughly and my questions were answered with great care. I am very happy with my experience at Clarkson Eye Care.
The receptionist and Dr. Lanning were both friendly and great to deal with. The young lady who “assisted” me with getting a new pair of glasses was not helpful, lacked friendliness, and seemed like I was bothering her. Office was nice, plenty of room and well spaced out.
The office has improved so much. I’ve gone to this dr office for over a decade, well before it was Clarkson eyecare. The office is much cleaner, newer equipment, nicer staff, and Dr Lanning is wonderful. They always have a nice selection of glasses and rebates available on your contact lenses.
