“We couldn't get in to the place that originally pierced my son last week, but his ring had snapped where the ball attaches and he was panicking. The ladies put him at ease, got him fixed up with a new ring and guided him on anything else he may need. I'll never forget how sweet everyone was in a time of crisis for my son. A cut above the rest!“
