I live in Massachusetts and ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom in Ohio at the last minute. They accepted the order, reassured me they could deliver quickly to her work, and when they arrived, they found out she had unexpectedly taken the day off.
Instead of making things difficult or charging extra, they went above and beyond and delivered the arrangement to her home in a different town. They also upgraded the flowers when an item I ordered was unavailable, and the arrangement was honestly far beyond what I expected.
