My sewer was plugged, causing all my lines to back up into my basement. I had about an 1”1/2 to 2” of sewer water all through my basement. I come home from work and found it, I was about to have a melt down trying to clean the mess up. Then my brother-in-law recommended Epic, and gave them my phone number. They called me right away, and assured me they would take care of it. They did a fantastic job! Very professional, and courteous. On top of that I had just lost my husband, they were very understanding of my situation and did everything possible to help me out. You do not find companies like this anymore, they actually had compassion for me and my situation. I can’t say thanks you enough❤️
