I haven't been able to move in days. Samantha was able to release the tension in my right shoulder after doing a lot of work on it. I'm really struggling with poor posture after having my baby and it's been miserable. I found Samantha on Google and saw all of her great reviews, which led me to reach out. I'm truly thankful I did. She even demonstrated some stretches to help with my posture. Since I booked last minute I got stuck with all 3 of my girls, including my baby today. She was so patient and kind with all 3 of them. She let them feel right at home. Very often do I have to bring my girls to an appointment but knowing she was able to deal with that was very comforting. I will be booking again with her for the next available appointment and I highly recommend her 🙂
