He said there was no damage and the roof was in great shape and probably would be good another 10 years. He said he saw a roof a couple houses down that were missing caps and they were probably from it. I wanted to leave a good review because it is refreshing to have someone deal honest with you and not make something up for a cheap money grab. Thanks Roof Guys. They cleared the chimney, tore out the water damaged roof, replaced the panelling, felted and reshingled the area, and hauled away all the debris.
