The technicians and office staff are friendly, personable, and great to interact with. The eye exams and glasses selection process are done efficiently and with no delays. The waiting room time is minimal, and the operation is well-run. Opticians like Jessica are patient and knowledgeable, helping customers choose high-quality frames and lenses that meet their needs. The doctor is helpful and explains everything clearly. The staff is attentive and careful, making sure each customer feels comfortable and well-informed. Dr. Miller does a great job explaining the results of your eye exam. The girls in the office are exceptional. They're so helpful when deciding on new frames and/or doing what it takes to adjust your glasses. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care. 😍
I am so satisfied with the service here and the choices for glasses are astronomical. Zoie and Dani went above and beyond to help me find the the perfect pairs. I actually started to cry when I put my glasses on because it's been so long since I could see straight and the glasses look so good. 100% recommend.

For what's it's worth, they completely shocked me by blowing away Zenni (the well known competitor)!
