The groomers have ALWAYS taken care of my fur babies. I have 2 German Shepards who have a lot of shedding. One of them us elderly and cant feel his back feet and he has been taken care of. The dogs are always excited to go for a carride to the groomers and cant wait to get INTO the building. That tells you something.
I took my Golden there to get a Bath, nails trimmed, and Groomed because we were expecting Company in Three Days. When I first called there were no vacancies open in this time Frame. They called the next morning and said they could find the time. I dropper her off, they did what was asked and more. When I went to pick her up she looked like anew Dog.They staff did a wonderful Job on the short notice. They treated her with kindness and took good care of her even though she can sometimes be a little difficult when I am not near. I will be taking her back each time she needs Groomed.
