Everyone I dealt with was very transparent and answered every question I had and offered good suggestions as to what modifications should be made to my original plan. We are doing some home improvements, and we needed an electrical panel upgrade and installation. Austin, with Cogburn, was out today at the exact time they had told us. He proceeded to complete the work in a very timely and professional manner. He kept me informed regarding his progress, and he finished the job for us on time and to our satisfaction.
