Based on the reviews, A-1 Plumbing is a knowledgeable and friendly company that provides the very best service. They have been doing business in Marion and surrounding areas since 1973. The gentlemen are good and truly care about their customers. They went out of their way to work customers into their schedule the same day. For a bathroom plumbing emergency, they came through in a pinch. They replaced a pressure tank and a new water heater, taking about an hour. They even fixed an electric issue outside of their job. Customers highly recommend A-1 Plumbing.
I called A-1 Plumbing to replace the submersible pump in my well. Mike and Seth arrived on time(actually a bit early) and both were friendly and helpful. A few months ago Seth replaced my pressure tank and some rusty pipes. The plumbing in my old house is a challenge to work with but both jobs were completed with no problems. Also Mike returns your phone calls promptly which is appreciated.
We can't say enough nice things to say about these 2 guys!! Mike is fantastic to work with. Seth actually did the install of a new water heater for us. What a great job. He explained the process as he was doing the work. Very efficient, they know their stuff!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!! We have an older home - so I know we will be seeing them again (or least I hope not 😅). Very reasonably priced as well!!
