I was not present but my wife was, she said he was prepared, very efficient and got the job done quickly. My only grief is not with John, but with the fact it took almost two months to get it done. Hopefully if I have further need of service in the future it can come somewhat faster. This is not a complaint on John, as I said, he did a great job.

I was under the impression that something was not working properly with my refrigerator and after he looked at various things, told me that there was nothing wrong and the appliance was working as it was supposed to. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to sell me something that I didn't need.
