He was great to work with! Always answered calls in a timely manner, got the job done, and that was about it! Nothing to complain about.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. A portapot was rented by a construction company doing a renovation at our house. When they dropped it off, they caused huge divots in the yard, so I sort of dread what they might do on the way back out. But the job has been done for a week—still the thing is sitting here in our front yard. Ugh. We shouldn’t be used as a storage facility for their portapot until they need it again and WANT to come pick it up. We didn’t agree to that. We’ve called Ron’s as well as the construction company (it is, of course, out of their hands, but we thought they might be able to call Ron’s, too). They said they’d come Friday—but didn’t. Will they come this week? Who knows. I’m about ready to consider it abandoned and just roll it down the mountain. Things that could have made this situation better: Prompt pickup. Failing prompt pickup, a courtesy call letting us know there would be a short delay and when it would be picked up. Not putting foot-deep divots in the lawn, or at least cheerfully fixing them if they did.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their excellent customer service! We were under a time constraint and desperately seeking assistance with a last minute Porta John rental. I called and Denise was so courteous and accommodating - also managing to fill my request for a hand sanitizing unit which were exceptionally difficult to find. When Josh came to deliver our unit he was kind, courteous, and very professional! He couldn't have been more helpful and patient with our family! Moreover, I received multiple comments on the quality and cleanliness of the units they provided for our wedding! DO NOT HESITATE TO use this company. If you have any questions - feel free to reach out to me personally!! Would DEFINITELY use them again and refer any friend or family member!
