We had a team from Morrison here for two days last week to replace our old (broken) furnace and air conditioner with a newer system. Jacob and Nathan were very professional, diligent about their work, and respectful of our home inside and out. I also appreciated that they were good about letting me know in advance when it would be necessary to turn off the gas during the installation! Last week, a technician, named Jake, came to diagnose an ongoing issue my employer has with their Generac generator. He was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He was able to find the issues in a reasonable amount of time and went over our options with us on what it would look like to get it up and running.
