Ok...STORY TIME. This is going to be rough, but hey pet parents (hell anyone with half a heart) you will understand why this place is literally one of the best in the MOV. I had to put my dog to sleep today. I had called numerous other vets and nobody had openings. I called Colgate and explained the situation and they took me right away. I'm pretty sure they weren't officially even open yet. The staff there is kind, compassionate, and genuine. They treated my dog with dignity and love and even allowed my other dog (her son) to be in the room so he could understand the process and not be left wondering where his Mama went. Beta and I are very happy to be able to call ourselves new clients of Colgate Woods. We’ve had one visit and we are confident that Beta will be taken very good care of by the staff. Beta wasn’t very cooperative but the staff was very patient and friendly with her.
They got my cat in when nobody else except emergency departments far away would. I am so grateful for the staff here, they were very upfront, honest and amazing. They saved my kitties life and I could never thank them enough. But on top of all that, they didn't back me into a corner with outragous pricing. I am at a loss for words, just rare. Amazing people here!
