We are thrilled with our new backyard wood privacy fence! We first met with Bob in July and he patiently assisted us in planning for the perfect fence to replace our old fence and install the new fence along the perimeter of our entire backyard. Bob responded promptly to our questions and clearly understood our wishes. Also Heather communicated regularly and completely with updates as the installation time approached.
Austin and his crew of Roger, John, Terrell, and Andrew arrived for removal of our old fence, digging holes and cementing the posts for the new fence. They were respectful, polite, and efficient during the 2 days they worked in our yard.

NEO Fence was one of several companies I contacted about a fence for my small city lot. They came out quickly and gave me the same attention as they would have for a larger project, making sure I understood my options and offering the best solutions for my backyard. I am very pleased with the end result. The installation team was very efficient and skilled. They walked me through the final product for approval before they left to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Nice working with the whole company from quote to permitting to installation.
Great experience with NEO Fence!! They replaced a 20 year old fence (that they installed). Good price, fast estimate, nice crew. I don't remember the names of the crew that removed the old fence/installed posts but they worked through a thunder storm. Nick and Mike did the cross beams and pickets!! This is my 4th time using NEO Fence. Solid company
